
My daughter is a HUGE fan of Meatloaf. I get heartburn from cooked tomatoes that includes ketchup and barbeque sauce. Basically anything that contains cooked tomatoes is not my friend. However, I will make meatloaf and bare the pain because my daughter loves my meatloaf. That has to be love, right?
Gluten Free Home-Style Turkey Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 3/4 cup gluten free crackers, finely crushed
- 1/2 cup gluten free oatmeal
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground turkey
Topping
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce

Directions
- Pre-Heat oven to 350°F.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Next shape loaf by forming it by hand on a well greased baking pan or placing it in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 60-75 minutes or until cooked through and turkey is no longer pink.
- Remove meat loaf from oven. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
